Get Certified by the World’s Favourite Ultrasound Company. Ultrasound reveals some of the earliest signs of changes in asset operating conditions. The Live-Online Level One Ultrasound Training covers the theory and principles of ultrasound, considers the most common ultrasound applications and equips you with the skills to implement ultrasound monitoring and analysis with confidence.
This training is delivered live to your desktop, tablet, or other mobile device. Classes are scheduled twice per week in 2-hour sessions. Welcome to the SDT way of sharing knowledge and advancing ultrasound technology.
Staff training is essential to get the best from your RDI IRIS M Motion Amplification® (MA) system. GVS has been accredited by RDI to provide Motion Amplification® Certification training.
Our instructors are experienced machinery monitoring practitioners, who offer practical, real-world tuition. We have the materials, training aids and facilities to deliver relevant and useable information, whether it be at our training facilities or on site.
The Motion Amplification® Certification training is aimed at helping new users of RDI’s IRIS M MA system. Getting training delivers an immediate return on implementing the new technology. It covers a variety of topics, ranging from motion visualisation and videography to using the IRIS M MA technology to complement and enhance machinery and structural diagnostic capabilities.

Understanding why alignment is so important and how it impacts reliability is an essential skill for all maintenance personnel in maintaining machine reliability and achieving optimum component service life!
Our laser shaft alignment courses combine both theory and practical exercises to ensure the alignment of your machines is completed correctly each time. Topics include the impact of misalignment on machines and reliability, pre-alignment checks, correct alignment procedures and techniques, common hurdles you may encounter during the alignment process, and reporting.
Courses can be tailored to meet your specific site needs and personnel skill levels, providing management with the confidence that key staff are competent laser shaft alignment technicians.
Ultrasound Essentials – Part 1 (UE1) is 25 bundled short courses designed to kickstart any ultrasound journey. The courses are delivered both “live” and “on-demand”.
UE1 is comprised of three learning categories:
Foundational Knowledge – information that lays the footings for understanding ultrasound and its significant role as the first line of defense against unplanned downtime, energy conservation, environmental sustainability, and employee safety.
Application Knowledge – information that connects the dots between foundational knowledge and how reliability professionals use ultrasound to advance reliability of their assets while creating a winning culture.
Hardware and Software Knowledge – engaging and empowering the skills required for inspectors to use SDT solutions in the field, and in the office.
LUBExpert Essentials is 7 bundled short courses designed to provide students with everything they must know to Grease Bearings Right! The courses are delivered ‘on-demand’.
