Periodic calibration of equipment is an essential part of maintaining the accuracy of your precision maintenance and condition monitoring assets. 

Original equipment manufacturing (OEMs) recommend completing periodic calibrations to maintain instruments and maintain product warranties. 

We are proud to be the certified Easy Laser and SDT Ultrasound Solutions calibration laboratory in the region. Our capabilities in this area include periodic calibration and repair.

Our local calibration laboratory allows us to deliver rapid turnaround on calibration and repairs, ensuring your instruments are returned to service with the minimum amount of disruption to your work.

Returning Your Products for Repairs and Calibration

For any product repairs or calibrations, please follow the instructions and complete the service request form here:

The calibration process is as follows: 

  1. Complete the Service Request Form for each Instrument to be calibrated.
  2. GVS will provide a calibration quote for the Instruments.
  3. Please provide a purchase order for the calibration as per the quote.
  4. GVS will issue you with a Repair Authorisation Number (RAN) for each Instrument upon receipt of the order.
  5. The systems to be calibrated may be sent to GVS’s calibration lab in Redhead (address details below), along with hard copies of the Service Request Form:
    Unit 1/10 Seasands Drive Redhead NSW 2290.
  6. Inspection of each instrument is completed by our expert team & calibration is to be completed upon receipt.
  7. Upon inspection, we will advise of any repair requirements issue a separate quote for any repairs required and wait for a PO prior to proceeding.
  8. Calibrated units are returned with calibration certificates.
