With 17 years in the business and a wealth of experience across 20 industries, Nathan has had diverse roles including Vibration Analyst, Technical Sales, and Managing Director.

Beyond his professional commitments, Nathan finds joy in golf, surfing, gardening, embracing the outdoors, and maintaining an active lifestyle through exercise.

Braham Breytenbach

Managing Director

As the Managing Director for GVS Reliability Products, Braham is responsible for overseeing the business operations, marketing function, and shaping business strategy for sustained growth.

Qualifications:

Master of Engineering (M.Eng) from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, with specialisations in vibration, vehicle dynamics, numerical methods, mathematical optimisation, and structural integrity
Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Queensland, Australia, with electives in Innovation Management
CAT 3 Vibration Analyst

With 13 years of post-graduate work experience and 11 years in the Asset Health Monitoring Industry, Braham brings a wealth of expertise. He has worked across manufacturing, engineering services (mining, oil and gas, power generation, manufacturing), and product sales and distribution. His roles have spanned R&D/design engineer, engineering consulting, technical leadership, innovation management, business development, marketing management, business strategy development, and executive team leadership in engineering services.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Braham is passionate about endurance motorsport, business and investment, clay target shooting, and health and fitness.

Adrian Goodwin

Sales & Account Manager - QLD
National Product Manager for Atten2 Deep Monitoring Solutions

Adrian holds the positions of Regional QLD Manager and Atten2 Product Manager at GVS Reliability Products, spearheading sales and account management operations in Queensland.

Qualifications:

Vibration Analysis (VCAT3) and Machinery Lubrication (MLA2)

With a 13-year background in the mining industry, Adrian’s roles have spanned Lubrication Technician and VA Technician/Analyst to CM Reliability Coordinator and Senior Reliability Superintendent. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role at GVS.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Adrian is passionate about fitness, fishing, golf, and the culinary arts, including cooking and food exploration.

Shannon Maybury

Calibration and Service Manager

As the lead calibrator at GVS Reliability Products, Shannon serves as the Calibration and Service Manager, ensuring precision and excellence in all calibration activities.

Qualifications:

Electrical Trade
Easy-Laser and SDT Certified Technician

In his 1.5 years with GVS, Shannon brings a diverse background spanning electrical, data/fibre optics, electrical wholesale/sales rep, project management, and sales in the fiberglass swimming pool industry, alongside experience as a swimming pool technician.

Beyond his professional commitments, Shannon’s interests include spending time with family, rugby league, fishing, and multiple sports.

Grant Healy

National Technical Manager
National Product Manager for RDI Technology and Waites

As the National Technical Manager at GVS Reliability Products, Grant plays a crucial role in providing technical support across regions and managing the Waites Wireless Sensor Technology and RDI Technology product ranges, including training initiatives.

Qualifications:

VCAT3, TCAT1, LCAT1 Cert 3 in Mechanical Engineering

Grant has been an integral part of the GVS team since February 2022, accumulating over 21 years of experience across diverse industries such as mining, oil and gas, petro-chemical, food and beverage, power generation, rail and transport, and manufacturing. Trained in Non-Destructive Testing and Condition Monitoring, he brings expertise in initiating programs, leading teams, and developing maintenance strategies for these technologies.

Beyond his professional commitments, Grant enjoys spending time with his family, camping, bushwalking, exploring Australasia through travel, and embracing the outdoors.

Tim King serves as a Regional Manager at GVS Reliability Products, overseeing sales and support operations in Western Australia.

With 15 years of industry experience, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.

In his 15-year career, Tim has worked across diverse industries, including horticulture, textile, construction, and reliability. Primarily focusing on sales roles, he has demonstrated expertise in driving business success.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, indulging in his passion for surfing, and playing poker.

His diverse industry exposure spans mining, timber, food & beverage, maritime, steel, power generation, pulp & paper, automotive, building service, and general manufacturing.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Stephen finds joy in motorcycling, competitive squash, water skiing, and embraces the serenity of family country living.

With almost 10 years in the business, Peter’s diverse background includes industries such as building & construction, sales, and hospitality. From roles as a Landscape Gardener and Stone Mason to concreting and even a stint as a pizza delivery driver, Peter brings a unique set of experiences to the team.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Peter enjoys indulging in his hobbies of music, surfing, table tennis, and darts.
