The Easy Laser XT770 is a powerful alignment tool designed for precise laser shaft alignment in horizontally, vertically, and flange-mounted machines. It enables unlimited machine train alignment while also allowing you to measure foundation twist, soft foot, bearing clearance, and more – ensuring optimal machine performance.
360° Live Adjustment for Maximum Precision
Equipped with 2-axis PSDs (position-sensitive detectors), the XT770 lets you adjust your machine both vertically and horizontally simultaneously, with measuring units in any position. This unique capability, called 360° Live Adjustment, simplifies the alignment process for faster, more accurate results.
Flexible Measurement Methods

Dynamic Measurement for Long-Term Machine Health
The EasyTrend program, part of the XT Alignment app, tracks machine movement over time, helping to identify issues like thermal expansion and pipe strain. This advanced monitoring requires special DM brackets, available separately.
Geometric Measurement Kit for Flatness & Straightness
With the XT770 GEO kit, you can perform flatness and straightness measurements following ISO and ANSI standards. The kit includes the XT20 or XT22 laser transmitter and a magnet base with a rotatable head for enhanced geometric measurements.

XT770 shaft alignment system
The XT770 laser alignment system allows you to align horizontally and vertically, or flange mounted machines. But you can do a lot more! With the XT770 you can carry out complex alignment jobs like machine trains, or perform dynamic measurements. You can also measure twist of a foundation, soft foot, bearing clearance, and more. It is easily operated through the same app as all other units in the XT series.
