A big thanks to Tim and Nathan for top level customer service and support during the past few months, we have now changed supplier to Hansford Sensors and find the quality, helpful service and technical support second to none. Even with brand new applications that I have posed to GV Sensors, an answer was received the very next day and the unit required,was designed, built and shipped to myself within a week. The helpful manner in which obstacles have been over come and problems with new applications have been solved is fantastic compared to our previous supplier(who gave up unless it was a standard application).
All of my requests have been dealt with in a timely fashion and with positive outcomes. Thanks for all your support and look forward to continuing to work together on even more varied and diverse applications in the near future.
