Graeme White brings over 14 years of experience across engineering consultancy and mining operations, specialising in the development and delivery of condition monitoring programs. His background spans building, implementing and optimising monitoring strategies, with a more recent focus on mentoring and training teams to strengthen capability and performance.
Graeme has worked across a wide range of industries including offshore oil & gas, mining, mineral refineries, power generation and overhaul acceptance testing. His hands-on experience in complex and high-demand environments gives him a practical, solutions-focused approach to technical challenges.
Graeme has combined his passion for gaming with his technical expertise to develop an innovative vibration training simulator enhancing the way condition monitoring skills are taught and applied.
Graeme holds VCAT II and LCAT I certifications, along with a degree in Music Production – highlighting both his technical expertise and creative approach to problem-solving.
Graeme specialises in vibration troubleshooting, as well as database, hardware and software setup. Driven by a mindset of continuous improvement, Graeme aims to leave systems better than he found them and while exploring opportunities to increase efficiency through software automation.
